In accordance with Section 23 of the Health Professions Procedural Code, (Schedule 2 of the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991), the College is required to have a Public Register. All persons using the title of occupational therapist must hold an active registration certificate with the College. The Public Register contains all of the publicly available information of registered occupational therapists in Ontario.
