In accordance with Section 23 of the Health Professions Procedural Code, (Schedule 2 of the Regulated Health Professions Act), the College is required to make the following information about registrants available to the public: name, business address and business phone number, any terms, limits and/or conditions on their Certificate of Registration, any suspensions and/or revocations of their Certificate of Registration and the results of any Disciplinary or Fitness to Practise proceedings. In addition, the College is required to publish specific information related to professional corporations.
