Annual Registration Renewal

The College registration year is from June 1st - May 31. All Registrants who wish to remain in practice must renew their Certificate of Registration on an annual basis. The College notifies Registrants of annual renewal 60 days prior to the June 1st renewal deadline.

Registrants are encouraged to complete the Annual Registration Renewal process online. Online Annual Registration Renewal 2012 will officially begin April 1, 2012.

Not Renewing (Resigning Your Certificate of Registration)

Registrants who will not be renewing their Certificate of Registration must notify the College in writing by completing the Request to Resign My Certificate of Registration Form.
