Annual Registration Renewal 2010
Thank you to all registrants who have successfully completed their Annual Registration Renewal 2010.
The due date for renewing your certificate of registration was June 1, 2010. If you have not submitted your Annual Registration Renewal form along with the registration fee $738.65 ($657.55 + 81.10 HST) to the College, please do so immediately. In addition to your annual fee you are now required to pay a late penalty fee of $105.00 ($100.00 + $5.00 GST) for payments received on or before June 30, 2010 or $113.00 ($100.00 +$13.00 HST) for payments received on or after July 1, 2010.
Annual Registration Renewal Fee:
Late Fee*: June 2 to June 30, 2010
$843.65 ($657.55 + $81.10 HST + $100.00 + $5.00 GST)
Late Fee**: On or after July 1, 2010
$851.65 ($657.55 + $81.10 HST + $100.00 + $13.00 HST)
*Late fee $105.00 ($100.00 + $5.00 GST) applies to all payments received or electronically transferred from June 1 to June 30, 2010.
**Any fees paid as of July 1st will be subject to 13% HST.
As per section 24 in the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991, the College is only required to give a 30 day notice period prior to suspension of certificates of registration resulting from non payment of fees. The College is required to post all suspensions on the public register.

Not Renewing (Cancelling Certificate of Registration)
Registrants who will not be renewing their certificate of registration must notify the College in writing by completing the Request to Cancel Certificate of Registration form or electronically through online Annual Registration Renewal. A request to cancel your certificate of registration must be made prior to the renewal deadline of June 1st. Registrants who have not cancelled their certificate of registration or paid for renewal by July 1, 2010 will be suspended for non-payment of fees. The College is required to post all suspensions on the public register.
