Applicants who do not meet the registration requirements as specified may request a review by the Registration Committtee of the College. Decisions of the Registration Committee may be appealed to the Health Professional Appeal and Review Board (HPARB).

If you have any concerns with the decision, please note that under section 21 of the Health Professions Procedural Code, you have the right to require the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board to hold a review or hearing of your application.

If you wish a review or hearing, you must write to both the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board and to the Registration Committee within 30 days of receiving this letter, specifying whether a review or hearing is required. You may notify the Registration Committee by sending a letter to the College office.

The Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB) may be notified at the address below. More information about HPARB can be found at www.hparb.on.ca
