Letter of Standing
If you require a Letter of Standing or Regulatory History Form to be completed by COTO and sent to another regulatory body, please submit a Regulatory History Form or a written request for a Letter of Standing. Please include the mailing address of the receiving regulatory body in your written request, as well as written authorization and a witness' signature. Requests may be sent to COTO via facsimile (416-214-0851) or mail:

Please note that emailed requests will not be accepted.
COTO will forward the Regulatory History Form or Letter of Standing directly to the regulatory body unless otherwise stated in your request. There is no fee for this service. A request for a Letter of Standing will be processed within three weeks of receipt of the request. Do not delay in submitting your request.
Be sure to include your email address with your request if you wish to receive confirmation of completion of the Letter of Standing / Regulatory History Form.
