# Notice: COTO Portal Technical Issue Affecting Quality Assurance Activities

We are aware that some occupational therapists are having difficulty viewing the completion status of their 2026 Annual Learning Plan in the COTO Portal.

Due to a technical issue, the completion status may not appear. If the Annual Learning Plan button is greyed out, this confirms that your plan has been successfully completed and submitted.

With the October 31 deadline for annual Quality Assurance requirements approaching, we understand that registrants may have questions about their completion status.
