The Annual Learning Plan is a two-step annual requirement to be completed by October 31.

Complete in two steps: 

Self-Assessment and Goal Setting (January) 
At the beginning of the year, complete a self-assessment and set two goals. Save your plan. Throughout the year, work toward achieving these goals. 

Learning Impact (October)* 
By October 31st, 2026, return to the Annual Learning Plan to describe the impact each goal has had on your practice.    

*Goals are to be set and completed within the same calendar year.
