Opportunity: Capacity Assessor Training

The Ministry of the Attorney General’s Capacity Assessment Office will be offering capacity assessor training in the fall of 2019. The Office is accepting expressions of interest from qualified persons to train to become a designated capacity assessor. A “capacity assessor” is someone who is designated to determine whether an individual is mentally incapable of certain types of decision-making as described in the Substitute Decisions Act and more.
