  • Important Information on H1N1 (Swine) Influenza
    The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC) and the Ontario Agency for health Protection and promotion are providing updates on swine influenza in Ontario.

    Important Health Notices (IHN) and supporting documentation including clinical guidelines regarding human swine influenza are posted on the MOHLTC website.

      The College has developed a Registrant's Tool Kit to assist Registrants to prepare and manage their practice during a pandemic.

    • Healthcare Providers Help Line
      This help line is provided exclusively for health care providers to address questions on influenza. It operates 7 days a week from 8 - 8 pm. The help line number is 1 866-212-2272 (service hours may be subject to change).


    • Public Help Line
      The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care has a dedicated phone line to answer questions the public may have on H1N1 influenza. 1 800 476-9708 operates daily 8 - 8 pm (service hours may be subject to change).

    The College will continue to post material related to the swine influenza as it becomes available.
