In January 2023, a panel of the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee, referred specified allegations to the Discipline Committee on allegations that the registrant failed to disclose findings of professional misconduct in another jurisdiction – Quebec.

The Registrant entered an Undertaking with the College to surrender her certificate of registration permanently and never re-apply to the College. The College moved to adjourn the proceedings against the Registrant sine die (indefinitely) on the basis of this signed Undertaking. This motion was granted by the Discipline Committee and the Undertaking was accepted.
