Voting is now open for the 2025-2026 Board of Directors elections in District 2 (Central West) and District 3 (Central East). There are two positions available in District 2 (3-year terms) and one position in District 3 (by-election for 1-year term).
Registrants who are eligible to vote should have received an electronic ballot to the email on file with the College.
Voting closes Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 2 p.m.
Electoral District 2 (Central West) — 2 positions (3-year term)
- Composed of the counties of Bruce, Grey, Elgin, Essex, Huron, Chatham-Kent, Lambton, Middlesex, Oxford, Perth, Brant, Wellington, Dufferin, Haldimand, Norfolk, Hamilton, Halton, Niagara and Waterloo.
- Territorial Districts of Rainy River, Thunder Bay, Kenora, Algoma, Sudbury and Manitoulin.
Electoral District 2 (Central East) — 1 position (1-year term)
- Composed of York, Durham, Ottawa, Simcoe, Northumberland, Peterborough, Prince Edward, Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, Prescott and Russell, Renfrew, Hastings, Frontenac, Lennox, and Addington, Lanark, and Leeds and Grenville.
- Territorial Districts of Cochrane, Muskoka, Parry Sound, and Nipissing and Timiskaming.
The Board of Directors sets the strategy for the College and makes decisions to ensure the public receives ethical, competent care from Ontario’s occupational therapists. Involvement on the Board provides registrants and members of the public with rewarding opportunities to contribute to both public protection and the future of the occupational therapy profession.
