Due to a global Microsoft outage on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, occupational therapists were not able to log in to the COTO Portal to complete their annual Quality Assurance (QA) requirements. For this reason, we have extended the deadline from Friday, October 31 to Monday, November 3.
