Many of the technical issues with the COTO Portal have now been resolved. However, a few issues are still being addressed, and we continue to work to ensure the system operates reliably for all users.
If you experience an issue, please email registration@coto.org with the following information:
- first and last name
- registration number
- date and time the issue occurred
- description of the issue (for example: no receipt, made multiple payments, etc.)
- screenshot of the issue (if available)
The Registration team will respond to all inquiries as soon as possible.
