Registrants may have completed renewal and not received a receipt by email or may have attempted multiple payments.
If you have experienced an issue, please send an email to registration@coto.org with your first and last name, registration number, and a description of the issue (no receipt, made multiple payments, etc.).
Please do not make multiple payment attempts, even if you are receiving an error message.
The COTO Registration team will respond to all inquiries within one week. We recognize that the one-week response window will extend past the renewal deadline. This timeline will not impact a registrant’s renewal status.
