  • 52% of respondents were very satisfied or satisfied with the overall renewal process. 
  • 90% found the Annual Renewal requirements to be very clear or mostly clear. 
  • 74% said the online system was very easy or somewhat easy to use. 
  • 85% reported no technical issues during the process. 

What’s Next – Improvements for 2026–27 

Based on your feedback, we’re working on the following enhancements for next year’s renewal: 

  • Automated Data Transfer 

We’ll streamline the process by automatically transferring your information from the Profile system to the Registration Portal. 

  • Apple Compatibility Testing 

We’ll test our Microsoft-based application across various Apple devices, address discrepancies, and document our findings to improve support materials and FAQs.
