Annual Report 2021-2022

Following receipt of the audited financial statements, the College’s 2022 Annual Report was accepted by the Board. The report will be made available online in French and English. The report highlights the work of the College to protect the public and summarizes outcomes of the second year of its 2020-2024 strategic plan.

Governance Reform

The Board approved the motion to move forward with next steps for governance reform. This decision follows an all-day Board education session held on October 19, 2022. The session focused on how best to serve and protect the public interest through effective governance practices and included presentations from Deanna Williams of Dundee Consulting Group Ltd., and Chantal Bélisle, Interim Registrar and Chief Executive Officer, Ontario College of Teachers. Equity Impact Assessment Tool

The Board approved the draft Equity Impact Assessment tool, which will assist the College in integrating equity considerations into new initiatives and more detailed planning. The College continues to advance its work to embed diversity, equity and inclusion throughout all areas of the organization.

College Logo

The Board approved an update to the College logo that will be implemented in the coming months. In the interest of the public, the revision aims to clarify the regulatory role of the College.
