The College’s new COTO Portal is now available.
The COTO Portal is the new location for:
- managing your profile
- self-reporting
- obtaining tax receipts when available
- accessing QA activities when available
- renewing registration during the renewal period
- resigning certificates
Registrants, check your inbox for email instructions on how to set up your account. Emails will arrive over the next few days.

All registrants and applicants will need to create a new username and password to access the new COTO Portal.
