In addition, a guidance document titled "Reopening Retirement Homes" was released on September 8, 2020 and is in effect September 15, 2020.
Occupational therapists working in this sector are reminded to stay in in communication with the long-term care home or retirement residence to ensure they follow the organization’s procedures.
